Protecting your data from unauthorized access (internal and external) is our primary concern. Accordingly, we have installed processes and mechanisms that provide maximum protection for your data. For example, no employee, developer or system administrator has access to the database server except René Maudrich (CEO) and Alexander Lapp (CTO) and Patrick Fend (Data Protection Officer and Technical Director Adacor Hosting GmbH).

 

The Software

We have designed the FastBill software in strict accordance with the criteria of absolute protection of stored data. We also perform regular security audits for your data safety. Of course, our developer team exclusively consist of experienced programmers and system architects.

 

SSL Encryption

The connection between your computer and FastBill is protected by a 256-bit SSL encryption. This is the same standard as used by banks for online banking and by payment service providers for credit card payments.

 

Managed Hosting by ADACOR

The FastBill servers are located in Germany's largest data center in close proximity to the servers of several large banks. ADACOR employees ensure a smooth and safe operation of the server hosting. They also serve parts of the Web infrastructure of the E- ON group, Deutsche Telekom, Red Bull and Fitness First.

 

Firewall

To protect FastBill against unauthorized access, the servers are behind a redundant firewall system that is monitored 24/7 by security specialists from ADACOR.

 

Backup

Your data is safe with us! We meet all requirements for backup and protection against data loss, which are required by law for the digital archiving of corporate data.

 

Security Guards

Armed security guards are responsible for additional protection. So your data is definitely safe!
